Habita is a licensed mortgage brokerage platform operating in Portugal. We connect borrowers with lending institutions to facilitate mortgage applications. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide loans. All mortgage offers are subject to lender approval and applicable regulations.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on this platform are owned by Habita or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Habita provides information and brokerage services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee mortgage approval or specific interest rates. We are not liable for decisions made by lending institutions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform.
